I. Tee positions

Our club guideline for selecting tee position is based on course yardage between 6000 - 6400 yards and not by color of the tee.  If this yardage falls in the blue tee we will play from the blue tee.  With that said, the handicap committee have also decided and will implement a new tee position for Single digit index players who have earn the right to play from the next tee from the group.  This is not an option to choose.  You must earn it and once earned you will be automatic assign the next tee.  

 

II.  Stroke allowrence change to +8 over par

If you shoot +9 over par in any AAGA sanction rounds, you will be assess a $20 penalty.  

 

III.  85% course handicap rules applies to all AAGA rounds

The 85% course handicap calculation is recommended by the USGA in which only 85% of your course handicap is used.  The calculation for course handicap is index x slop rating / 113.  AAGA will adapt this to all our future rounds as of June 10, 2020
